That is quite well done.

If you look hard you can see the joins in places but it's good enough to put on a wall somewhere.

Somehow I'm not sure that crew would fit in too well with the Starfleet ethos though ;)

That is SO cool.  And yep, two of my fav's too.  I'm a Firefly convert.  I watched the entire series last weekend, then capped it off with Serenity.  Oh my GOSH! I am so pi$$38 at Fox for cancelling it. It's an amazing series...
