This weekend Al Kessel who does "Tales from the Mouse House Podcast" (http://web.me.com/alkessel/Site_3/Podcast/Podcast.html) has done his first (and hopefully not last) guest spot this weekend covering the "Highlander" franchise.  A big topic and I know all of you will enjoy hearing his show.  Thanks much Al - and you are welcome back anytime.

Goofed up on posting this earlier.  If you get The Big Bang episode from last week again, try downloading it directly using the link above.  The feed should be fixed now too.

Almost done, just got to the music part. Completely forgot about Bonny Portmore until the clip started. Love love love that song.

QuadShot

Yeah, Bonny Portmore is one of my all time favorites. Ironically, it's actually an old Irish folk song, not Scottish! On the Highlander soundtrack, Laura Creamer sings it, but the best version, in my opinion, is by Loreena McKennitt.  Al

yeah I had an MP3 version of the Loreena McKennitt version back in the Napster days, I'll have to see if it's still around somewhere.

Great job, Al! Really enjoyed this although I have only seen the original Highlander once back in the '80's. Need to get it off NetFlix.

QuadShot

Bryancd...Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.  While you're at it, get Endgame and look for Christopher Lamberts polka dotted boxers! :) Al

Well done!

Great podcast, really enjoyed it.  Very Witty, I think you would need a sense of humor to work through all that.  :)  I was turned off the highlander series by the second movie but its great to see what happened next.
