I guess we over here could all do the UK equivalent but it doesn't have the same ring or sense of event to it. How about the beach at Brighton everyone? Tim's hosting... :P

Well the great British Beer festival is on at Earls Court in August I reckon Tim would be up for it, Mike it's on your tube line, Steph lives in London and me and Dan would have to travel a bit but that would be cool lol :)

So Rico, you have enough frequent flyer miles for a trip to London in August? Fly to London for UK Meet Up, then back to Vegas for Convention Meet Up. Fun!

I usually hit up Vegas in March with another trek group - people I met nearly 15 years ago on the internet - Amazing! We purposely go when there isn't a convention, so it can be more about friends from all over hanging out, but we do talk sci-fi most of the time. I might be persuaded to hit Vegas twice in one year, though.
