I have not been able to find out if this new series coming to Sci-Fi Channel is a series or just a made for TV movie but here is the trailor:

I think that there are two phantom projects coming out next year. A tv series and a feature film. SyFy is going to run with the phantom series and since this is an RHI trailer, I'd say that this one is the tv version. RHI did Tin Man and the upcomming Alice.
