hey all,
I found new Doctor Who fan film over at http://www.doctorwho2009.com

Set at some point in the future, the series introduces American companion Alice Hemingway, a 25-year-old college student. The first episode features the Ice Warriors, who first appeared in a story of that name in 1967.
