Just listened to the new Twilight/Buffy podcast. Loved it. Still don't care much for vampires (Sorry Angela), but the discussion was very interesting.

And after seeing the new Trek I can say, without a doubt, that in a barfight I would want James Kirk, Spock (did he let loose on Kirk or what?!?), Ronon Dex, and Rocky Balboa by my side.

I'm going to have to agree with Angela. When I learned to not care, I had to beat girls off. Then again it's also a younger thing. By the time they become women, I think they grow out of that, but it also might be a reason that some women are attracted to the bad boys even later in life. I also wouldn't say like crap, I'd say keep them at a distance. Some younger guys are too possessive and I'm thinking that young girls don't like to be smothered.

I'm glad SOMEONE agrees with me. :D Tell your wife she just got a virtual high-five. I've never been interested in men who pander, but at the same time I appreciate gentlemen not wusses. If you treat me like crap...forget it...I'll move on. Good thing Dave was a romantic, respectful man with a mind of his own... or I would have found someone else.
