Apparently they are going to delay the transition for a while.  I kinda hope not.

It's actually a conversion to digital broadcasting - not HD.  And as far as I know it's not being delayed again this time.

P.S.  That's a funny clip!  Hits close to home since last weekend I went over to Lynn's moms to install two converter boxes for her.

Tim, I don't think that they are going to delay it. This Feb date is already a delay. It was supposed to be done last year or maybe even the year before. I think that it's more than time to just get it done. If you can connect a vcr to a tv, you can connect a converter box.

Yea...I agree that it's time to get it doen. I did read that Obama was wanting to delay it again but the FCC president is against it and feels a delay will hurt the industry rather than help it.
