Well Rick.. I debated on doing a video but my fear of being in front of the camera got the better of me so instead I wrote you a poem.

A birthday poem written just for you,
To say thank you for all that you do.

A friend like you is oh so rare.
But once you find them they will always be there.

With a heart of gold and spirit so bright,
You can say one word and make everything right.

Friends may come and Friends may go,
But great friends will stay to the end you know.

You will always have a special place in my heart,
With a hope that we will never part.

There's a feeling inside that I can not explain
A bonding of souls that will always remain.

It's hard to believe we've become such great friends,
For our backgrounds are as different as any two men.

But we share a love for all things geeky,
From Star Wars to Star Trek it's really quite freaky.

Our lives may have taken very different paths,
But there is something about our friendship that was meant to last.

Its your birthday and I'm blessed to have known you.  In the light and darkness you have helped me through troubled times and personal problems.  Your humor goes above and beyond and your songs are excellent.  You constantly inspire me to do more and more with my life.  Your podcast has been a great help to me.  And you constantly tell me to hang in there, even if I don't want to hear it.  When in the RPG, your help has been appreciated deeply.  Your a light unto this world.  May it never die!  May it never...die.
