Keep an eye out for the playable demo, downloadable over playstation newtork and xbox live.  It should be available in the next couple weeks.  I'm getting more and more excited for this game.  For those that can't wait, www.gametrailers.com has captured a stream of the entire demo being played that you can watch on their site.
