Podcast # 185 idea

I want to do another video podcast for show # 185.  In the shower this morning I had an idea for it (I do my best thinking there).  I want to do sort of a best of Trek & favorite episodes.  What I want, is for as many of you as you can to record a little video clip where you tell all of us what your favorite Trek episode is and why.  You can include a little footage from the episode in your clip if you want or I can add some in later.  About 5 minutes max time would be best.  I think this will be a lot of fun.  I am hoping for a little variety in episodes too so feel free to maybe pick something a little less obvious.

Timing for this is looking like the first weekend of August.  Vidcast should come out on August 3rd.  If I get your clips by the end of July we should be in good shape.  So, that's the idea for now.  I will try and setup an easy way for all of you to upload your clips soon.

Just a little reminder bump about this.  A few weeks left to make your video clip and send it on in.

Jen had a good suggestion.  If you have a favorite episode you are going to cover, list it here.  Hope to get a good variety and no duplicates this way.  If someone else picks your episode, just pick another at the top of your list.  You can mention both on the video you do.  Doesn't have to be the very top one for you.  A couple weeks left for this - so start thinking about the episode you want to cover. 

I think this will be a lot of fun to watch!

I finally figured out an episode.  I just hope I can find the right clip for it:  Hide and Q.  

A lot of reasons that I love this episode in TNG.

About video clip size for show #185...

would a clip from a wide screen sized down to 640 x 360 pixels be ok?
