Justice League - New Frontier Trailer

There is a new Justice League animated movie coming out based on the famous graphic novel of the same name. Warner Brothers recently posted a trailer for it on My Space and it looks really good! I'm not sure if this can be embedded directly on this site and if it can maybe Rico can edit this for me but here is the link:

WOW! I love the casting choices. I'd pick many of them for a live action movie. Can't wait!

I think I have actually seen that before. It still looks amazing and I cannot wait for this to come out. On another note....a lot of the artwork in the background during the interviews was Alex Ross' stuff....amazing artist that one.

I already pre-order mine from Amazon a while back. I'm looking forward to it. I have seen several screen caps on Trekweb and it looks very retro. Pretty cool!

My pre-order has been in at Amazon for a few weeks. I use the free shipping option, so it may take a while to get here, but it'll be in the DVD player as soon as it arrives.

I've never been a fan of Silver Age comics, but this looks freakin' cool! And the voice acting cast is awesome-- Lucy Lawless as Wonder Woman? She was born to play that role!

I'm gonna have to check this out!

Slight Spoilers here on the DVD... not anything major or plotwise.

We got our DVD in the mail and watched it tonight.

I don't know. I liked it and I didn't. It was pretty violent, and cartoon blood is very weird looking. :)

Some of it was really cool, and it was over pretty fast. I think I need to watch it again to make a call on it.

The voice acting was great.

Did you see it yet? What did you think of it?

We got our copy today and watched it and my wife and I both liked it. I thought the artwork was fantastic. It was very retro and I loved the idea of taking the story back to when the League begins during the beginning of the cold war. I do agree with Rick that it is somewhat violent but IMHO not any more so than say the recent Transformers movie, with the exception of blood. And animated blood is a little strange. I think I have seen blood done better.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to watching the special features.
