Good for that lady for Standing up with her hammer. To bad she could not have gone to some comcasts executives office, and smashed up their equipment. Most of these large organizations are filled with a bunch of people with no authority or empowerment just following some corporate policy. I dont work for a cable company, but I wish this lady would take her hammer to the execs that run the company I work for, they could do with some broken phones and keyboards ;)
