Was that the Chairman from Iron Chef America on Stargate Atlantis.  It looked like him.  I didn't know he could act.

He also played the Crow in Crow: Stairway to Heaven. He was also Jimmy Lee In the Double Dragon movie.

I think he was the bad guy in the DMX Segal movie Cradle 2 The Grave.
When I see him I see the Crow ... it's funny that people now see him as The Chairman.
