I don't have Skype or know how it works, but I'm sure I can get briefed somehow. Anyway, I wasn't trying to rush things. I just wanted to know a rough time when the ship might start moving. I guess that got answered, though.

We can help you set it up Ducks. It's pretty easy. You just need a head set with a mic. The rest is free to download. We walked a few members through installing last time. Let us know if you want to participate we can help you.

Just to update people, I've made a change to my character's last post to acknowledge a request made that the Vulcan female be named. I made further changes to explain how he knows. It shouldn't change the story or affect the posts that came after it, though.

Thanks for doing that Ducks...I just thought  that you could use the Vulcan that was already in the room (Sevryll's mom) instead of inventing a new one (the engineer), when you described the scene with the Sugar Gliders.  I didn't mean that you had to mention her by name. Firrak doesn't have to know her at all. But he is a spy so anything is possible.  ;)

Well, looks like the Skype Meeting will have to be held on another weekend. If you all decide next weekend works better—talk to Rico and Kenny about setting that up. I'll be out of town for the entire time, so post your notes from the meeting here to keep those of us who can't attend up to date. :)

Argh, I almost had a new RPG Post up for Isaac and the website crashed or something....and I did most of the editing on the site...grrrr.  I'll have it up later today.  Still have to make a recording for Rico in time.

Oh, and I'm up for whenever next weekend.

Try typing up your posts in Microsoft Word or some equivalent software. That way you can save it. I find the thesaurus feature very helpful, and I can also take my time in typing my posts.

Yeah. I do my story posts in Word first, too. Besides allowing you to save your side of the story, it allows you to weed out at least the most glaring spelling mistakes.

Well, here is the thing, I type it out on Onenote 07 then I'll edit it, etc and then retype it online (to hopefully find any last mistakes).  Problem is, is that IE will sometimes crash and I'll have to retype it.  I'm just lazy ik....   :-\
