I really like Matheson, and have never read that book.  I'll have to pick it up.  I just started in on the massive Shelby Foote Civil War 3-volume series..may take me awhile to get through that one!

I'm reading the first book in the Star Trek: The Fall series Revelation and Dust. It's pretty good so far, covers the activation if the new Deep Space Nine (the old station was destroyed 2 years prior in a Typhon Pact novel). A good look at the DS9 characters 10 years in the timeline after the end of the show.

Read Batman and Robin Vol. 2: Pearl which I only give a 5. I didn't get into this one much.
I also just finished The Amazing Spiderman: Brand New Day Vol. 1 - 8. Enjoyed this one from a few years back. There are 2 more volumes in the Brand New Day series.
Next up is Serenity: Those Left Behind.

New BSG comic is out.  Also, the new Batman Black & White comic is great!

For some reason I had an itch to read some classic GI Joe comics so I'm slowly going through the collection amongst my other reading.

"Serenity - Those Left Behind" was pretty good. Worth a read if your a Firefly fan.
Also recently read two short Bio's of Christopher Reeve and Cal Ripken Jr.
Now I'm reading "The Mighty Avengers - Secret Invasion Vol. 1. Also trying to catch up with some of my magazines.

Praxis

audiobooks: The Afghan Campaign by Stephen Pressfield for a second time (so good) and The Shining for a refresher in anticipation of Dr Sleep! Waiting on the library holds list. I'm glad I reviewed the shining because now I have some theories about what might be in Dr. Sleep...... I'll be going into dr sleep blind, haven't read any reviews or anything, I'm super excited.....

The most recent graphic novels I have read are
New Avengers - Everything Dies - 8. From the new series.
Doctor Who - Vol. 1 - Fugitive - 8. Have the first 3 volumes of this to read and it is the David Tennant timeframe.
Teen Titans - Vol. 2 - The Culling - 7.
Not sure what I'm going to next.

Brainy

Abaddon's Gate: James SA Corey (2013) aka Daniel Abraham & Ty Franck
The Tyrant's Law: Daniel Abraham (2013)
The Sword of the Lictor: Gene Wolfe (1982)

all 3 are great,  I am sure that Wolfe's "Book of the Sun" series is not new news to most, but the Expanse is incredible SF, and Tyrant's is the 3rd part of "the Dagger & Coin" a great fantasy quintilogy to be.
