My wife and I just finished making his Tardis cake for tomorrow's party, on his request...he will also be getting a sonic screwdriver, a Tardis toy,a Doctor toy,a huge Tardis door poster, a bow tie, fez and suspenders. He'll be ready to travel in space and time. It's a lot of work, but these times only come once.

It's not perfect, but hey, I'm not a cake decorator!

That us a ace looking cake and you hit the windows right ;). Just to clarify if course you mean braces (in The UK suspenders are what holds women's stockings up lol)

Thanks guys! Yeah, kinda made the windows too big, but it's a cake. My wife was sighing at my perfectionism... Jack is very excited about it!

Well, he got his Tardis from England today, and he hasn't stopped playing with it. He also got a Sonic Screwdriver which he uses around the house to "fix" stuff. I had to replace the lamp fan on my DLP the other day and I had the back off and when I came back he was "sonic-ing" the innards of the TV. It's hard to see in the pic below but he also has on his Matt Smith bowtie! He's having a blast!

The really hard part was icing the swimming pool...Plus we just can't get rid of this cake. 5 days later and there's still tons of it.

I need to get one of those Sonic Screwdrivers because my wife says I don't know how to 'fix' anything and It looks like he was doing a good job with it. :D
