Han in Carbonite - Sideshow

Yeah, I got notice that mine has shipped as well, so hoping Tuesday or Wednesday.

Well, after missing the FedEx guy yesterday I got my Han in Carbonite today - and it's going back!  The glowing Han portion doesn't work!  It uses either batteries or AC power and I can't get it to light up.  I've tried to fiddle with it, but nothing.  I'm also not super pleased with the sculpt itself.  It's ok, but I see places they could have done better.  If it all worked, I'd probably keep it but I'm pretty sure I'm just going to return it for a refund.  Kind of disappointed.

Ok - I retract the previous - it works now!  A guy over on the statue forum told me about two hidden switches (each of the lower two side panels) that work the light up Han portion and side panels light.  So, I guess I'll keep him now.  But geez Sideshow - you couldn't include a scrap of paper telling us about that?

I wish more of the Panels lit up, I sort of stumbled across the switches on the side as well. Would have been nice like you said Rico if they included some instructions. I agree as well, felt they could have done a better job. It is alright, but was expecting more, but it is different then other pieces I have so interesting to look at.

Well, I shipped mine back today.  In the end it was just ok, and I wanted more.  Now, time to start saving to buy or build a real life-size version!  :)
