The new podcast is up covering this TOS episode.  Some other Trek & TV talk and a couple listener contributions too.  Enjoy the show everyone!

Rico, I have only listened to half of the podcast (I'll finish it off during my lunch break tomorrow) so far, but love it!  I have always enjoyed this episode, Lee Meriweather added a lot this story.  Losira comes across as a sympathetic character, who does some terrible things, who you can't help but feel sorry for.

Rico, you're right when you state that the female bellybutton ban does seem strange to a modern audience.  What makes it even stranger is that it came after season 2's Mirror-Mirror, in which Uhura's bellybutton was on display!  Didn't the same thing apply to I Dream of Jeannie?  I think it was the appearance of Laugh-In on America TV that reversed the ban on US TV.

I wished we had seen more of Lt Rahda.  I haven't see the episode for a while, but the Enterprise travelling up to warp 15...whoopsee!!  The ship wasn't designed to travel at such extreme speeds!

HI Rico, just got thur listen to this podcast.  This is one of the TSF podcast that  I had downloaded last year but was not able to listen until now.  great podcast as always.  I do member this TOS episode but I don't think its one of my favorites either.  loved Bartok's music trivia, I never would have guessed it.  I was able to listen to this podcast on the mp3player on my cell phone, I am able to listen to the podcast at work sometime when conditions are right.
I am going with the best information that I have.
