Jamie bought me the Mobius Models MKII Viper kit for my Birthday and I am starting to put her together. Here is the finished cockpit, painted and with sweet dradis decals!  I am not going to put the pilot figure in as I suck at paining people. :)

Rico

Cool!  Hey what scale is that Bryan?  Hard to tell from that picture.

QuadShot

Wait...Bryan, when is your birthday? I don't see it on the calendar?

Meds

Bry's birthday is on September 3rd day before my own.

Bryancd

Yeah, you guys didn't forget me last month. :) Rico, it's 1:32 scale.

jedijeff

Great Job Bryan, looking forward to following your progress on this.

Bryancd

Made some more progress today. Defiantly plan on weathering the whole ship to tone down the gloss white base coat.

Rico

Cool Bryan.  You are quick at this stuff.  Even when I was growing up, I spent days and weeks building models up.

Bryancd

Saturday and Sunday afternoons afford me a few hours of peace and quiet to build and paint while watching football and enjoying a beer or 3. :)

OK, got most of the decals done and they are terrible! They kept breaking as I applied. I had to use red paint to fix them up after application. But it still looks good, just needs a LOT of weathering next...

ChrisMC

Looks great! What do you do for weathering? I'm starting on an X-Wing model and you definitely need to weather those.

Usually just black paint mixed with paint thinner and some paper towels. :)
