- I think someone needs to teach Apple the Blizzard Entertainment way of patches and updates.

got my iPhone updated, now 28 mins for the iPad. I wonder if I'm connecting the the same server instances as you guys or if I am getting it via "Canadian" iTunes.

got my ipad down to 2 minutes restoring.... yay. Now the ipod touch.

I will hold off till the weekend then hit the update for my iPhone. Although it galls me to do so.. ;)

Does restoring apps take awhile to do? Seems crazy slow at this stage of the update.

Yeah took a long time on both devices. I thought it was hung up at one point since the iPhone itself didn't seem like it was in 'sync mode'.

Well, both devices are up to date so that's good. So far, its been fairly smooth upgrade from my side of things.

I am looking forward to eliminating my texting plan since I only text my wife and she has a iPhone too.
