And here are the others I picked up. I'm trying to get the complete set of the Superman story line when he was killed by Doomsday and I found 3 so I think I have most of them now. And I like the comic adaptaions of movies and found Spiderman 2. Including the Star Trek ones a pretty good stack at only 50 cents each!

I forgot to mention the Captain America #600. That was a $4.99 comic for 50 cents! It includes a reprint of a very early Cap story.

Hit the bargain box again here are the Trek comics I picked up. Lots of IDW!!!

I like your Trek Comics - they made me think of the B5 comics I just bought.
These are cannon to the series and fill out a lot of the back stories mentioned during the show.

Those are awesome davekill!! I have been looking for those and V but haven't come across very many. Only 2 Babylon 5 and no V. He gets in new stuff every once and awhile and thats where I found all those Trek! Again nice collection of those B5!!

now reading the physics of star trek. it describes how everything from the warp drive to transporters would work, if they did.

so the digital edition is same day as the bookstore release for Dragons?

Yes its the full book plus there seems to be extras, like a list of characters featured in the book, info on important places, parental guidance info and an option to turn spoilers on or off (presumably in the glossary section)

Can anyone recommend any good ghost story books for third and fourth grade students? My summer school students aren't scared by the Scary Stories by Alvin Schwartz. Those stories and pictures scare me. Trying to find some good scary ghost stories but for children. I went to the library and found one but didn't know if any of you have any suggestions of what I should be looking for.

Thanks ;D

How about Goosebumps by R.L. Stine? They're a little older, but in the day, pretty darned good.

I've heard of Goosebumps. Are they all different books? I was looking more for an anthology of Ghost Stories but if Goosebumps has anthology of short ghost stories great!

Can you still get the old "Alfred Hitchcock Present's" anthologies?  I read those cover to cover over and over again when I was a kid.

You should be able to find these used or in a library or inter-library loan but I LOVED these when I was a kid and they scared the you know what out of me!
