Great podcast.. not a huge TOS fan but listening to these podcasts make me want to watch the episodes.. really need to do a TOS marathon.. I don't think I've seen every TOS yet.

Rico, great episode as always.

I have always have mixed feelings about All our Yestersdays; as a child I hated it as it didn't have any scenes set on the Enterprise, however in recent years I find myself appreciating it more.

Zarebeth was one of the most tragic characters in TOS.  Sentenced to a life of loneliness in a barren location, to suddenly find companions, and love, only to lose them again.  Mariette Hartley was lovely in that episode (didn't she appear in the Hulk TV pilot?).

All our Yesterdays never seems to be in a list of best loved episodes, but it's an episode that needs to be looked at again, and I am glad that you did the episode proud!

I nearly forgot to mention Rico's 'belly-button' comment; until The Laugh-In show was on you hardly ever saw a woman's belly-button on American TV.  Barbara Eden never showed hers on I Dream of Genie, though there were exceptions...even in Star Trek, for example Nichelle Nichols in Mirror, Mirror.   ;)

Mariette Hartley was not in the pilot of The Incredible Hulk but she was in the episode called "Married." She and David Banner get married. I think she was dying in that episode of cancer. I can't remember. The woman in the pilot episode of The Incredible Hulk was Susan Sullivan who does look like Mariette Hartley.

Another good one, Rico. This is one of the episodes I seem to remember the best for some reason. Nice to hear a comment from somebody new and I really like that "Our House" song! I have that on a 45. Now I just need a good record player to play it on.

Hi all to the forum, Hi Rico,  just got thur listening to all of our yesterdays podcast on TSF.  again I am behind in my podcast listening and I am trying to catch up.  so many great podcast out there.  I have some vary vague memories of this episode when it was first broadcast on TV, that is when trek was first aired in NBC.   I think my dad watched it when I was toddler.  He always called Mr Spock, Dr Spock.  lol.  I think it was because of Dr Benjamin Spock the famous pedicratican.   anyway, I do like the comment made by the listener, the one who loves his iPad, about the fact that planet had no space travel but did have time travel.  that was one of the first thoughts on my mind.  but one could say that peculiar civilization focus on time travel as opposed to space travel as their equivalent to a moonshot.   the rick moyer song parody was great too.
I am going with the best information that I have.

Hey Redshirt,

Leonard Nimoy states in his autobiography about having met Dr. Spock.

Thought that was pretty neat!
