A definite theater must see for me.  Enjoyed the first one a lot.

The first one was better than I expected it to be but I would rate it as just average. Maybe 2 1/2 to 3 stars. I doubt I will see this one in the theater but will probably just wait for the rental. Unless I hear such rave reviews that I change my mind.

As a Holmsian geek in theory i should not have enjoyed the first but i LOVED IT. And the members of The Sherlock Holmes Society of London in general felt the same. We're going on opening night. Can't wait.

Looks good! Yes quite enjoyed the first one, it shouldn't have worked but it did and I'm sure this one will too.

I'll see Robert Downey Jr. in just about anything these days.  Always fun to watch on screen.

I can't recall a bad movie ever made by him. Personal live aside, he's always been one damned consistent actor.

Not that I have any care about his personal life, but I think it did short his opportunities for a bit.

Somehow, I was unaware that they were making a second one.  Excellent!  :)

I was not a huge fan of Chaplin...I'd like to see that again though, it's been a while.  I think he's probably an inspiration for many people in recovery.  His downfall was so public and he has come so far since then.  He should open his own Hollywood clinic.  I agree that he's one of the most appealing actors working today.  He totally made the first Holmes film what it was basically singlehandedly...in my opinion he took a by the numbers, mediocre story and made it into a great, funny, interesting blockbuster movie just with his charm and wit as an actor.  Looking foreward to the sequel for sure!
