I love the fact that on occasion one sci-fi icon is recognized by another.
Often just a brief and subtle cameo - slipped in by a true fan.

I was watching Battlestar Galactica the Miniseries and as Laura Roslin waited for her doctor's consultation, the camera panned past a skylight. Sure enough for a brief moment, Serenity appeared coming in for a landing.

Didn't know Caprica was part of the Verse - course they where in the Capital City.

Han Solo's in Firefly
Here's a couple from: http://geekfemme.blogspot.com/2011/01/han-solos-in-firefly.html
Nathon Fillion is a huge Star Wars fan.
Rumor is that the frozen Han Solo in Carbonite figure is in Eight episodes.

2 sightings:
Heart of Gold - look just above Mal's left shoulder.
The Message - look above Kaylee's hammock on the top right.

The Venture in Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow
An easy one to spot was In the underwater sequence, Sky Captain and his allies fly past a graveyard of notable sunken ships. Among these are the Venture from King Kong (1933) (with the cage used to hold King Kong visible)

U.S.S. Enterprise Joins Colonial Fleet
This one may be kind of a stretch - Found this on The Easter Egg Archive site. http://www.eeggs.com/items/47173.html
In Chapter 22 ("Legend of the 13th Tribe"), the chapter begins with a slow zoom in shot of the Colonial Fleet focused on the Galactica and Colonial One. If you pause the scene at the very beginning and look at the top right hand corner of your screen, you will the U.S.S. Enterprise from the Original Series. What a wonderful homage from one awesome show to another.

Those are great.  I don't have a pic handy, but the Enterprise also makes an appearance in the SW prequels as a ship flying by Palpatine's office at one point I think on Coruscant.

Feathers

I'd heard about the Enterprise in BSG but never caught it as I went through the DVDs. Not surprising given it's size really.

Is no one going to mention the almost mythical R2D2 in the new Trek film?

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.
