Welcome to the FastForward Podcast. In episode 7, we give you the rundown on a very emotional 6th episode of the Emmy Award Winning CBS show, The Amazing Race, entitled "I Feel Like A Monkey In A Circus Parade", original air date 3/27/2011.

Teams nearly crumbled at the RoadBlock in India, and had to get creative with the local goddess.

We also give you our thoughts on this episode, share some awesome listener emails and audio comments, and give you our predictions for the final outcome.

Don't panic! The Amazing Race is taking a week off and will return on 4/3/2011, but you won't have to wait that long for another new episode of the FastForward! We'll be back next week with our recap of the race up to now, and we'd love to hear your comments. You can send those to thefastforward@cox.net

And don't forget we've partnered with The Amazing Race Wiki at: www.theamazingracewiki.com. After listening to the podcast, head on over and check the site out.

Welcome to another exciting episode of the FastForward Podcast, a weekly show dedicated to the Emmy Award Winning CBS television show, The Amazing Race.

In this episode, we cover Episode 7 of The Amazing Race - "You Don't Get Paid Unless You Win",  and what an episode this was.

India still proves why Racers have such a challenge in this country! Many teams were pushed beyond their breaking point, while others proved why they are top of the class, and yet others move into "unsavory"  character.

The Race is heating up now as we near the final legs of Season 18.

As always, if you'd like to contact us with your comments, predictions or just to say hi, you can send us an email to thefastforward@cox.net, leave us comments on our FaceBook Fan Page (just search FastForward Podcast), on Twitter @fastforwardTAR, or on our website at www.fastforward.podbean.com. You can even leave us voicemail on our Tales From The Mouse House Hotline at 304-TALES23, and how about rating the show in iTunes? Don't forget to check out our Race partners over at The Amazing Race Wiki at www.amazingrace.wikia.com

Be sure to stick around through the end of the podcast and give a listen to two great podcast promos! (Oh, and maybe a blooper or two!!) Thanks for tuning and, have a GREAT day and we'll see you....At The FastForward! ~~Al & Joyce

Chris

Ah cool, they returned to India this season. It's such a great country to travel around and I've enjoyed the TARs that go there. Just happened to rewatch the India and Thailand episodes from 1st season TAR:Asia... Great stuff! Finally got around to DLing the current #7 this morning. Will probably end up waiting to watch them all later on sometime. Will have to collect together all of your podcasts to listen then. I think the last I heard was for epi3.

QuadShot

Thanks Chris! Hope you enjoy.

The Race heats up in episode 8 "I Cannot Deal with your Psycho Behavior". Thanks for tuning in to Episode 9 of the FastForward Podcast!

As teams leave India and head to a place where the air is nearly 40 degrees colder, tempers flash for one team as they struggle with a delivery, and another team makes a possible race ending decision at the Detour.

Will Jet and Cord once again come from behind to finish strong, or will they be eliminated on this episode of The Amazing Race?

As always, you can send your comments, predictions or whatever else you may want to share to thefastforwardpodcast@cox.net, or visit us on the web at www.fastforward.podbean.com. And you can rate the show in iTunes.

Al! Wienerschnitzel is breaded veal cutlets, it's AWESOME. Jamie and I make it on occasion, although she feels bad for the veal. Young cows are cute...and yummy! But NO WAY you could pound down those two plates of food, that challenge was impossible to complete, it was a HUGE amount.

Honestly, the biggest revelation for Jamie and I was when Vixen discussed her relationship with Kent. To be honest, we never thought they were a "couple" per se. We never saw anything in their interaction which would have made us feel they are two people in love. We nearly fell off the couch when she said that!

And I liked Joyce's comments. :)

QuadShot

Bryan, maybe I'm putting more faith in my gullet than I should! :) I would imagine if all those others couldn't complete that, I most likely wouldn't either, especially since it's been a long time since I've partaken in fried foods of any kind.

I wasn't really too blown away by Vyxsin's comments. I figured they are a couple, just not the "love-birds" type.

Oh, and Joyce said she'll try to be "meaner" from now on! :) Just kidding...:)

Bryancd

Gary was sure he could do it and he wasn't even close. He almost finished his plat but Mallory still had 75% of hers. Schnitzel is good. :)

QuadShot

Yeah. I love German food. But it's SOOOO bad for my high blood pressure, high (and low) cholesterol, weight, height, age, hair color....:)
