The Vartok guest cast featuring a look at the music of composer John Williams is now up.  I know everyone is going to love listening to this and it's a great way to start the New Year!  Thanks Vartok for taking the time to put this all together.  I know you worked hard and spent a lot of time on it.  You rock!   :metallica:

If my bit got in, sorry if I sound all bunged up. I've had a cold since Christmas Eve.

Downloading (although Christmas has provided me with a backlog of listening pleasure to catch up on).

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

Wow - great podcast vartok.  I'm a big fan of Johnny Williams.  There were some new movies I didn't know he did the music.
A great composer of the 20th and 21st century.

Really enjoyed listening to the podcast Vartok! Great job!  :metallica:

John Williams is a very talented composer. Probably the most recognized name in modern cinematic compostion. It's unfortunate that my personal library has such little John Williams content. I might have to rectify that soon.

I hope you can guestcast again sometime. I like your style of delivery and you have a great radio voice.

Thank you Vartok for that wonderful podcast!  This podcast has enlightened me to so many of John Williams' work.  His works are truly an American treasure.

Fascinating! (said with a raised eyebrow). A most informative show.

His career is longer than my life with so much recognisable stuff in it. It's really quite a stunning body of work all told.

Looks like I hit the cutting room floor though :(

Listened to the Podcast today. Great Stuff Vartok, you picked a lot of of great songs. Did not realize just how many Films John Williams has worked on.

Vartok

Yes, it costs a small fortune to collect his music, and I still am - lots to go.

Finally got around to listening to this one.  Amazing job Vartok!!   Jurassic Park is one of my all time favorites as well.

I'm sorry you had to skip over Nixon for time concerns.  I really love that OST.
