Rick - did you send a promo to Scott over on Extralife yet? That would be a good place for some exposure. You might also contact the Astronomy Cast podcast and ask then to play your promo too.

The Daily World, our local newspaper, did an article on the Stargazer CD.

I had a whole section about the parody music and Treks In Sci Fi, but they didn't put that in, and they didn't put the website in! Oh well, at least it was a nice article.

It's a good story and interesting to read, I think it carries that this is a good quality production and your target group will get it (and hopefully buy it!). No poking fun at geeks, too! :)
Free advertisement with a picture over a half page, the air of editorial neutrality, congratulation, that's probably a thousand $ right there!!! :)

I sent a press release and they decided to to a feature article on page 2. That was very nice of them.

They didn't put that article online. I don't know why. :)

I am just grateful for the extra advertising.
