K, in order to have a forum you need to have somwhere to host it on the internet, just like you would with a website, called a webserver, if you want a great free webserver go to http;//www.byethost.com.

Well I finally found a work around with my forum chat room problem.. still won't load if I press the chat button but if I go to www.everywherechat.com and click on there chat it takes me to the lobby where I can then type /join treksf and it takes me to our chat room on every computer I have. It's a little work but it gets the job done.
