I'm really on the late freight here. Just finished listening to Rick Peete's interview — wonderful! You da miggety-miggety man!

Rick, you've achieved so much and what's cool is that it's opened up a whole new ministry as well. Really cool that you've brought the Lord into it as well, looking to Him for strength, getting close to him and giving Him the glory for your victory.

By the way, I have to stay away from Entenman's rich frosted chocolate doughnuts. There were times when I'd eat practically the whole box in one sitting. What has helped is that they've downgraded the quality of that particular flavor of doughnuts. :-)

Congratulations on your very impressive victory. Wonderful to see another inspiring person. All the best as you reach for the goal of losing another fifty pounds.

There is no question that the Lord is walking with me on this journey.  It has been quite a ride so far -- full of awesome moments as well as tough hurdles.  But it has been so worth it!  This year is filled with new challenges, but I am thinking positively!

Another thing a bunch of us from the gym have talked about is doing a Warrior Dash or something like it. You ever done something like that Bryan?

My wife did the Tough Mudder here in Arizona just a few weeks ago! It looked like a blast!
