Waffle On about The Evil Dead Trilogy

Happy Halloween 2012 to you all and what better way to celebrate than to listen to us two deadites talking about three classic horror films. The Evil Dead Trilogy gave us the directing talents of Sam Raimi and the huge chin of a actor Mr Bruce Campbell. Sit back and let us entertain you with trailers, facts, the odd sound clip and some serious waffle covered in fake blood and chopped off hands.

You can listen at http://waffleon.podbean.com/2012/10/28/waffle-on-about-the-evil-dead-trilogy/ or download at itunes or Stitcher Radio.

We have a growing Facebook group page so please do feel free to join it at https://www.facebook.com/groups/waffleon/ and jump into all the chat. We have been nominated for a European podcast award so if you fancy voting for us the link to that is on the Facebook group page. We also have a donate button on the main podbean page so if you fancy donating a pound/dollar/yen or euro (no gold press latinum please) head to the site and press the button.

Have a great Halloween and thanks for listening.

Now you all know mine and kells views on 3D and of course Avatar (though kell likes Avatar i didnt) Imagine my reaction at seeing this picture on our Facebook page. Done by Mr Ian Blundell who is a great artist and a mate from Liverpool (and one of the podcasters on Scuttercast and one of the people who come to the meet ups)

I just finished watching the 2 Cracker 'movies'  (released after the regular seasons ended w/season 3).  This is such great show.  How can I even look at Hagrid again and not think of Fitz?!  Or see Harry's mom and not think of 'Pan-handle'?!  :)  The US version was not nearly as good.

I know, I loved that series and when you look at all the big actors in it. I'll never forget the killing of Chris Ecclestons character.

Yes, that was a poignant scene - especially when they cut to his wife and little girl waiting in the car for him - not knowing what is going on..
