Ok, you guys all know I don't like politics - won't discuss them here.  But, oh my goodness - who set up the camera angle for this interview???  Was it on purpose????

(Warning - this video might offend some people - especially vegetarians)

I grew up on a farm and have seen animals bite the dust, but it's never easy...I hate that aspect of farm life. That's a horrible camera angle, it does look like it  was on purpose.  ???

I'm not a big fan of Palin (unless it's Tina Fey as Palin), but I do think that the video was shot in a non-flattering angle and someone should have stepped up and changed it.

Oh that is just too funny! My day has been brightened. :)

I thought the resemblance was uncanny, I actually thought for a second that a spoof video had been made.

Reminds me of the story back from the Valdeze oil spill.  The environmentalist wackos cleaning the otters of all the oil.  They have a celebration returning the otters to the wild.  Kids, parents are watching.  They release the otters and with the cameras rolling Shamu comes out of nowhere and GULP - no more otters.  That was funny.

I think the camera guy or reporter thought it would be funny or cute.  It's not a big deal to me.  I've had to behead chickens for dinner before so it's no big deal to me.  Doesn't change my opinion of Sarah Palin.

Well, She is a person who I identify with on many things.  I agree with her sometimes and others I don't.  I think she is a swell person who is governing a small state.   But then got pulled into the vicious world of US national politics overnight.  And the media took full advantage and picked her and her family apart.  Sadly, it makes people not want to run for public office.  But I do admit, when she was announced as the running mate, I pulled up her wikipedia and was a little disappointed that she had so little experience considering she was going to be the running mate of a 72-year-old-man.  I would have been more encouraged if she were serving a second term as governor or had a longer track record.  And I do hope the media lightens up on her like they did Bob Dole after his 1996 race.  He became something of a Muppet doing ads for Viagra and watching Brittany Spears in the infamous "Easy Boy" Pepsi ad.
