Intersting...

Have you guys had a weeks gap in the schedule of Heroes? From the looks of it, the episode you're discussing this week is the one that aired last week over here.

We have the next episode tonight (11/25 The Eclipse: Part 2)....and another on the 10th (12/25). The BBC doesn't take schedule breaks mid-series so I'd expect them to carry on but I've no doubt Christmas will get in the way eventually.

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

We just had Pt. 2 of the Eclipse story here.  Next Monday is the big showdown episode with the heroes and villains.  I don't think you are getting them ahead of us.  The BBC can't air shows that haven't been released to them yet.  I've never heard of the UK getting prime time network series before the US sees them.

If you had part two this week then we're still in step. The comments were obviously so un-spoilery (is that a word) that I couldn't tell which episode had aired.

I thought we got the last half of season 1 of Heroes before the US but I could be wrong.

Edit: OK, I can't find any info to back that statement up so I guess it didn't happen that way :)

Just like the BBC keeps their shows and airs them before they show up over in the States the same is true for the big networks here like NBC, ABC, CBS. I don't think other countries will ever get these before they air here. It's nice they have gotten to airing them close to the same time. Now syndication and cable networks are a completely different thing. And that can be all over the place.  There may have been an unusual exception sometime, but I think that's generally the way it has worked. At least up until now.

We had Eclipse part 1 this week, we get part 2 next week so looks like we're just a bit behind. Mike check out the BBC iplayer it tells you the episodes.

Looks like you're on BBC1 schedule there Meds.

I'm watching on BBC3 so I'm an episode ahead of you. We saw 'Eclipse - Part 2' this week and according to the RadioTimes website get 'Our Father' next week and 'Duality' on the 17th.

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

Ah of course BBC3 so yeah you are on the same line as America. I tend not to watch the BBC3 ahead schedule as i like to look forward to the next week. Saying that i've still not watched part 1 yet.

Feathers

I still look forward to next week, it's only on week 1 where we got a double dose. Thereafter, we're on a week by week schedule too - just a different one from you :)

Having said that, at the end of season 1 we had to wait 2 weeks for the final episode since they showed it on both channels on the same day i.e. on the day that BBC1 viewers were due to see it - frustrating!

"Dead Like Me" and "Pushing Daisies" creator/executive producer Bryan Fuller is close to a two-year overall deal with Universal Media Studios which will include him rejoining the drama "Heroes" on which he served as writer during the first season reports Reuters.

Fuller, who is wrapping post-production on the final episodes of "Daisies'" 13-episode second-season order, would officially come on board "Heroes" starting with Episode 20. His exact role though is undetermined though he's expected to play a key role in the writers room alongside showrunner Tim Kring.

This is very good news for the show!

What?  Nathen and President Warf locking up the heroes?

Rico

While the recent episode (the last one until Feb 2nd) had some good moments I'm still starting to get a bit frustrated by the series.  My one big problem right now is Nathan.  I mean what turned him into such a crazy nutcase?  I don't understand at all why he is doing what he is doing or what his agenda is.  It's really bugging me.  Anyway, we have about 6 weeks to ponder it all before the show returns.

Overall I was happy with this "Volume". Personally I would have liked to have seen more "Power vs Power" Battles" between the characters.

Worf For President!!!
