While I'm compiling video/photos and scheduling commentary with Angela for OUR con report (which always takes me a bit of time), here's an interview Angela and I did with the lead actress of a sci-fi film called "Icarus Down". Tedi Nicoletos plays a tuff female captain who will stop at nothing to save her doomed crew.

The special effects were funded on indiegogo and they are nearing completion.

Anomaly turns seven on February 6. Should Angela and I record a Anniversary Show ? If so, what would you like to hear us talk about and how should it be delivered?

Anniversary shows are always fun. Maybe a bunch of you can get together (i.e. the supplemental ladies as well) and just talk about the history of the show and stuff. Maybe memorable things related to the show like renfests etc.

I'd love to hear an anniversary show!  I love the idea of having a chat with you talking about your favorite memories of the last 7 years, and maybe a few listener comments.  WOULD BE FUN!

I vote for an anniversary cast and I also vote you do it LIVE via Ustream or some video streaming service.  Chat about the past years, take listener questions, make it a party!

I'll have to see if Angela is down with that. Her work schedule often gets in the way of cool things like this. :) If we do end up trying a live cast, I'd love to have some help figuring out how to set it up, Rico.

I use Open Broadcaster (http://obsproject.com/) to stream video. Lets you mix multiple video sources together (screen, computer audio, webcam, mics, etc) together. I actually meant to tell Rico about it after the anniversary show when he was trying to use two webcams to show us YouTube vids.

I stream to twitch, but I'm pretty sure it supports vanilla Justin.tv and uStream as well.

I just finished our Austin Comic Con Report. Though we covered the same material as Rico, the video itself and commentary are different. I hope you'll check it out. This particular video is probably best viewed on a mobile device or tablet as that's the medium it was exported for. I am exporting a hi-def version for youtube and vemio that I will upload soon. I hope you'll check it out!
