I bought the soundtrack as soon as it was available, got it in my car and with a road trip coming up tomorrow should make the journey a lot more enjoyable. Bet I'll be singing the songs the whole way there.

you can't help but sing along...

This is too funny.. at PAX con this past weekend this guy would hand a letter to folks and as they opened it three "cowboys" appeared and started to sing "Bad Horse" song.. They did it to several people.. there are several different youtube vidoes.. but they also did it to Felicia Day (from The Guild and Dr. Horrible)

Finally got around to downloading the soundtrack (mostly due to this thread and the bad horse video). Just as good as the first time I watched it! Hilarious! And damn Felicia can sing.

Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog Soundtrack makes Billboard's top 40 Album list despite being a digital exclusive only available on iTunes. Doc is working on going "beyond iTunes" .

Finally jumped on the bandwagon and checked this out.  I thought it was pretty cool; Joss Whedon has a gift for using well crafted dialogue to quickly sketch out memorable and likeable characters.

The ending...

Man; talk about a major shift in gears!   :unsure

"Attention all loyal minions. The Dr. Horrible DVD is region-free. Region-freeeeeee!"

One of our favorite producers Joss Whedon is back in the news with a new form of internet muscial/podcast - one you have probably all heard about by now.  But if not.... here is Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, starring Neil Patrick Harris (Doogie Hauser) as Dr. Horrible ("bad guy") and Nathan Fillion (Captain Mal Reynolds from Serenity) as The Hammer ("good" guy).  Joss came up with the idea during the last writers strike.

Quite enjoyable and not all that long.

Available for download for a few bucks from iTunes or free from DrHorrible.com.  All three parts now up for your viewing pleasure.  Music by Jed and Joss Whedon.

Felicia Day is too cute... even when you can't see her.  And I gotta give major props to Joss Whedon for giving a small tip of the hat to Stephen Sondheim at the end of the song.  (I'm sorry, is my musical theater nerd showing? :P)

I definitely need to save up and buy this DVD.
