Is anyone else as excited for Spore, the evolution simulator as I am?
I love the idea of creating a creature and evolving it to a civilization and beyond to Space Age. The creators must be geeks after what they have said in the interviews I've heard.

Yeah - this looks to be an amazing game.  My younger son is very excited for it too.  I hope it turns out the way it was envisioned.

Yep, I've been listening to the Gaming Steve Podcast for a long time and he has done interviews with the creator and is constantly giving updates on the game. Looks like it will be really cool.

It's funny (or in other words "annoying") how the original release date was September 2006, and now its September 2008 as definite realease. 2 full year later.

No one was more glad than me when Gaming Steve showed up in my list of podcasts again.  I've listened to every one of his shows  and highly recommend them if you are into games and podcasts!

Spore looks to be a fun experience but I'm going to wait for the 360 version.  My laptop probably wont run it anyway.

Spore is deffinatly on my 'Must Buy' list. Heh, I've had it pre-ordered for over three years now :)
