Yep.. for about two weeks and it was tough not geeking out. I lasted about ten hours before I gushed how much I loved trek and was a fan of Wesley. We talked at length about Trek and the new movie. It's one big blur really but it was pretty awesome.

Ten hours? There's a demonstration of real willpower if ever I saw one! I assume he didn't mind your confession then?

(Good thing you're a Wesley fan and not a Wes-hater. That would have been harder to manage!)

Heh heh, I was thinking the same thing.  If I ever saw Wil Wheaton, I would probably last 15mins and then the geek gushing would come.

Yes of course that's true, good point. I tend to think of The Guild as a 'weekend activity' but of course it's still your job so I guess it's not like one of us taking the day off and turning up to be an extra.

Ten hours is still good going! ;)

I don't care much for Wesley, one way or another, but I'm a big fan of Wheaton's blog and his reviews of the first season of TNG
(http://www.tvsquad.com/bloggers/wil-wheaton/ and he'll soon publish the polished version as "Memories of the Future" :) )

And even if he's only half as cool as on his blog, I think it must be great to hang out with him. I think he also understands the fanboys as he is one himself, and would tell people if he didn't like to talk about TNG And Trek.

It's great that one of his "cool things I can't talk about" is being in the Guild, and that Kenny as a volunteer there and fan of both had a chance to really talk with Wil!!! :)

Watched it last night. It was awesome! I showed it to my wife and she got the song stuck in her head for the rest of the night.

For some reason I imagine Felicia breaking down laughing the second the camera turns off after she does her 'sexy' scenes. :)

The Vork/Zaboo rap was hilarious.

Fran commented that a DJ could spin that song in a club and no one would know it was about an MMO.

Yeah - it's a great video.  Saw it a couple weeks back.  Awesome job!  I hope we see some more of those costumes in Season three!

How would they work the costumes into the show? OK, scratch that. I guess they could easily play it as someone's imagination or any number of other ways. Easy.

I bet Kenny knows whether they do...and won't tell us.

Oh you have no idea how hard that was.. but we do sign disclosure forms but luckily I could talk to Harry about it.. so I didn't have to keep it all bottled up.

It's tough because I take about 60 hours of BTS footage and about 6000 pictures and have it all on my computer. They will only use about 1 hour of footage and 20 or so photos and it's tough because of of the photos are so cool but I can't post them because, technically they belong to Knights of Good production. So I just have to enjoy them myself. :(

Part of the talk at the con was that season three will show the group of them gaming more, and perhaps "in-game" too.  So I can easily imagine ways for those costumes to show up - and more.  Love to see some kind of dream sequence where Codex/Felicia dreams she is actually in the game and everyone is there - in costume.  That would be great!
