Sad news, and a bit frightening to me that this could happen with his prescriptions. From the sounds of the lack of sleep he had, he could get confused on what he had taken and when he had taken it. I have been fortunate enough in my life not to have to take to much medication, and more often then not, I try to get by without it.

Yeah, it was just a bad interaction that happens more than people think and was not a reflection of his celebrity, unless you count the mental stress that getting into certain characters can cause a person and the toll that it can take on ones emotions to push themselves so deeply into a role where it can become a believable performance.
