New Joss Whedon TV Series - Dollhouse

I downloaded and watched Epitaph One (the 'lost' 13th episode) featuring Felicia Day. HOLY CRAP. It was completely awesome. It is way out of the box and frankly was very Firefly-esque. I loved it.

If anyone isn't planning on buying the DVD set of season 1, this episode is available on iTunes.

If you like Dollhouse at all I strongly recommend you see this ep. It's Joss at his best.

Felicia does an awesome job, you really get to see the calibre of actor she is.

I got to see it a few days back. I agree completely, I thought it was absolutely awesomeness. It's almost worth buying the whole season just for the one episode. Definitely a DVD set I'm going to add to my collection.

Well, just watched this finally. Joe - I agree - HOLY CRAP! This is the episode they pick not to show on the air? This just continues to prove how silly network people are. This episode is incredible! Felicia was superb! For comic people out there it's like the classic 'Days of Future Past' from the X-Men (in a way). Completely pure Joss awesomeness! What it makes me wonder is will it ever air here and if it doesn't is Joss still going to follow what he put forth in this episode? Gotta get the whole DVD set now too and watch them all again!

Rico, I don't think that it was ever meant to air here, but made to fulfill the DVD requirements for the overseas contract.

The 13 episode was purchased by Fox but not by Fox TV... so they were not obligated to air it.

Also Rico Felicia said she would be coming back in Season Two.. I just downloaded the episode from Itunes.. haven't watched it yet.. but with everyone's comments it's getting me really excited to see it.

Which again just confirms what I said above. They should still have aired it. And it really sets the stage I think for a lot to come on the series.

She is supposed to be in the next season.... :confused

Now I am worried. Maybe it is an old photo and they are not wanting to tip their hand, to the general public about what is coming up.

She isn't going to be a regular cast member - from what I have heard.

Watched episode 13 yesterday. Completely different but very good - but then I love the 'what happens if it all goes wrong' type of thing. Felicia Day with a gun is worth watching in any case.

I'm still a but confused by some of it but I'll get there :)

(the confusuion isn't helped by the fact that Sci-Fi are now repeating the series in CatchUp mode so I'm going back and watching the first four that I missed)
