Sweet! Must be mid-life crises time! I don't think my wife would let me go for one of those. I'd rather have a new truck anyway.

Sweet ride Rico! It suits you. :)
I have a convertable too... I saved up $3,000 a few years ago to buy her. She's a red, 1975 MGB (little British sports car). Right now Dave is restoring her, so she's up on blocks in our garage...I really do miss "Meg", but she needs a few upgrades that will make the ride smoother.

Have fun with your new car Rico...Its VERY nice!

Thanks for all the compliments folks.  I think I made a good call.  It was weird though, didn't realize until I turned in my old car how much I was going to miss it.  But, time to make a new friend with the new ride!  ;)

Nice car Rico.  You should have a lot of fun with it. . .

QuoteMark - we have to go see Transformers again with this car.  And then put the top down as we leave the parking lot.

QuoteOk -- but you need to get the Transformer sound effect on a CD.

That'd be a very funny sight. . . :lol2  But it'd be cool too.

Rico

I so want to do that!  Got to pick up the soundtrack from the movie first!  Hehe....   :)

Oh, HERE'S this thread, I totally missed it! My chance to say, "Dude, sweet ride!" Looks great and I love the color!

Rico

Thanks.  The color is very cool.  The pictures don't really show it off well.  I used to work for BASF in automotive paint development so car paint was my life for 13 years.  This has a special pigment in it that allows it to change color depending on the angle of the light that hits it and angle you view it from.  Goes from light blue, to silver, to sort of a gold color.  Pretty neat.

I'm really enjoying the car so far.  Rode into work today with the top down doing 70 mph for part of the trip!  Woo-hoo!!  :)
