Ah - only just got round to watching last weeks episode here. I haven't even started thinking about next weeks yet!

I hope they explain away some of the incongruities from the last episode...

Just watched the latest and all I can say after seeing the end is.....Urghhh!

On a more serious note...

It wasn't the best I've ever seen - there's a lot of flicking about between Torchwood, Sarah Jane Smith (wherever she is), Martha in New York, Rose and Donna's parents so the time available for actual storyline is minimal at best but the ending absolutely floored me. I hadn't heard a thing about THAT! (Of course, next week may change my opinion depending on how they handle part 2)

It's interesting that they chose to tie in both the recent spin off series, as well as bringing Rose back, to this episode but as I say, it did detract from the available story time somewhat. It nearly got quite soppy toward the end too - two people running down the street towards each other with arms open wide and big silly grins - of course a Dalek appeared just when I said it would, and ruined the moment somewhat, but still!

I'm reluctant to give too much away at this point as those of you that watch really ought to see this cold (unless you've seen a spoiler elsewhere).
