There are so many cool and interesting You Tube videos I thought I would start a new thread.

I just happened to come across this video and it just took my breath away... it's beautifully disturbing.

Kenny, I never saw this post when you put it up so long ago. Wow. This little movie was dripping with symbolism with a very clear message... to me at least. Many women try to become what the media portrays as "beautiful" and each time the think they achieve it, the definition of what "beauty" is changes on the cover of magazines, in movies and on television. This film is disturbing, but so true. Even the destruction of "doll face"  at the end is so symbolic of women who starve themselves or go through botched plastic surgeries to make themselves into what they are told is pretty. She falls into pieces trying to achieve the unachievable. Just like the magazines the film is airbrushed, and computer enhanced... very fitting.

This is why I have a Dog...

It makes me a  sad. My two cats, who I'm trying to find a new home for,  may one day have to be in a cage like that, waiting for adoption...they'd probably act like that too. I can just imagine that this poor cat is at the vet and he's been poked and prodded and he's really scared.

I don't know about other vets, but my mother is a vet and I know for a fact that the animals in her clinic are treated quite well. Oh and a lot of cats put in a cage freak out like this.

Bollywoods answer to Micheal Bay?

I was curious and did some research. Robot (or Endhiran) is a really expensive Bollywood movie that has some good reviews and was a huge success.
Looks like a lot of fun! :)
(Sadly there doesn't seem to be an English version so far.)

The voice alone is bad enough, but once they show the glowing red eyes it becomes really eerie! :D
