First Look: The Clone Wars Celebration IV Poster

Next week's biggest Star Wars party ever, Celebration IV, not only commemorates the past 30 years of the saga, but looks forward into the exciting future of Star Wars. Fans at the event will finally get a behind the scenes look at the forthcoming CG-animated television series, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, produced by Lucasfilm Animation. As announced in this story, Producer Catherine Winder and Director Dave Filoni will be on hand to discuss the making of the series. As an extra treat, attendees will get a chance to take home the first ever keepsake of the animated series, a limited edition poster created just for Celebration that showcases some of the stars of the new show.

Thanks for Posting, this is the first thing that I have seen of the animated series that gives me any idea of what it will look like.

Looks cool.  This series will be done in a more 3-D animation style, kind of like the last Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle film.  Hope they can snag some of the real actors to do the voices too - like Hayden, maybe Sam Jackson and perhaps even Ewan - but I kind of doubt that.

Dan M

I'd love if they could get Ewan, but I don't see that happening either.  I got used to the voice actor from the previous CW series.

It would be cool to have the actors doing the voices, but agree that is very doubtful. To be honest, I am like Pickard, as I got used to the voice actors in the clone wars cartoons, and did not bother me in the least, so I feel that this will be the same.

I didn't like the Anakin voice much in the first 2 Clone Wars series.  It seemed a bit too young to me - or something.  But it wasn't too bad.  I just wish they could get the actual actors again - or some of them.
