Its because they chopped a bunch of the story out...they were rushed to get it out in time for Christmas (I think it was Christmas)...anyway, it was supposed to have a different ending.

I agree, Kotor 2 was fun for a while... but then all of the sudden you're getting attacked by floating lightsabers and you have no idea whats going on... But all in all I did enjoy it...

The most appealing thing about kotor 2 was that you could level up faster and get more powerful than in one...

My favorite part of 2 was Duxun... Ahh so fun!! i love Mandalorians... The Klingons of Star Wars...

I liked that part too. I enjoyed having the ability to train others as Jedi.

Yeah, my stratagy in KOTOR I,  was to refrain from leveling up (just the basic skills were used) until I reached the Jedi Temple. Then I used all my skill points on Jedi abilities. It was VERY difficult but I was glad I did it.

Well mines a mix of old and new

WoW
Call of Duty (orignal)
Elite (and later versions)
Alien Breed 1 & 2
Tie Fighter & X-Wing
Jedi Knight
Monkey Island Series
Duke Nukem
Rome Total War
Space Hulk (used to scare the crap out of me)

If you can remain calm when all around you are panicking, you probably didn't understand the question

Great thread!  Here's mine, not in any particular order:

1.  World of Warcraft

I've been playing trhis game for the past three months now to the exclusion of anything and everything else.  My Wii and 360 are gathering dust while my new laptop keeps getting a major workout every day of the week.

2.  Dragon's Lair/Space Ace

These laser disc games are sometimes credited with keeping the arcades alive a whole lot longer than they otherwise would have without them.  Dirk the Daring and Dexter's adventures, all gorgeously imagined by Don bluth's animation studio, will always remain at the top of my list of favorite classic video games.

3. Donkey Kong/Donkey Kong Jr.

These will always be my favorites of the early era of acrade gaming.  Hard to believe the massive franchises these games spawned, but putting the whole nintendo saga aside, these are the games that pretty much invented the platforming genre and will always be the best of them in my mind.  As a kid I was totally into both these games.

4.  Wizardry

This game, played on my friend's Apple II E back in the 80's, could probably be credited with igniting my interest in role playing, dungeon crawling, and all the fun D & D stuff I've been involved with for my entire life.  It was a simple game back then, vector line graphics, first person perspective, but the gameplay was fun and addicting.  Creating a party was cool and fighting the various monsters in the huge dungeon was a lot of fun.

5.  Star Wars

I had a hard time coming up with this last one because there are just so many games that could take this spot.  But this classic vector shooter one is one of the games that I will always remember, and still love playing to this day.  The gameplay never gets old, its HARD, practically impossible at later levels, but always fun.

Cool Subject, Most of Mine are pretty old

1. Baseball Stars - NES

Dont Really care for many sports games, but this one I really liked, you could create your own team, trade players, and was real fun. To top it off, it had no Major League affiliation, and I think that it even better. I had created this great team, which was really tough to beat

2. Tie Fighter - PC

I played this for hours, really loved the Dog Fights, and I really liked that you could fly missions, and do the special extra part of the mission for the emperor. I really enjoyed X-Wing, and I found this one even one Upped it.

3. Sam and Max Hit the Road - PC

I loved this game and everything about it. Was sad that Lucas arts never released another. I really enjoy these types of games where you click around and open doors and ask questions and solve small puzzles.

4. Indycar Racing 1/IndyCar Racing 2 Papyrus - PC

I played these games for hours, and was the mainreason that interested me in Autoracing. I suck at pretty every game out there, but not a auto sim racing games. My friends and I would download setups off the internet, and then try to best each others lap times. Also it was the first 3d accelarated game I ever owned, as they game out with a version for Rendition Cards, and was amazed at the graphics at the time, and the fluid visuals.

5. Nascar Racing Papyrus - PC

Just like ICR/ICR2, was glued to my PC with this one as well. Nascar Racing gave me some of my best gaming memories. The first being, when I bought my first steering wheel for my PC, I carted my PC over to my brothers house for the weekend, to play network games with him and other friends. On Friday Evening, we had a race, and I was the first person to own the steering wheel. We were having our race, and things seemed to be going as expected. I was running 3rd out of 3, and getting into the last parts of the race with 5 or 6 laps to go, didnt look like I was going to win, and wondering if the Steering Wheel made a difference. My brother and our friend were using CH Flight Yokes at the time, well all of a sudden, I catch them, and pass both with ease, and then pull away with a considerable margin and win the race. They had both worn out their tires and were pushing really hard, and my tires were still in great shape. Next morning, off to the Computer Store and they both were buying Steering Wheels. My Other best Memory was a Victory at Phoenix on some guys online racing series back many years at the start of internet online gaming. I was so happy about that for Months.

Kirk-Fu

Well, narrowing it down to 5 is tough, but I think I can do it:

1)Civilization-Mainly 3, but I also enjoyed 2. Havent played 4 much but I do have it. Either way, the series is awesome.

2)The Sims 1 and 2-It aint just for girls. I love the games. Low stress, and deep. Games you can play for hours or a few minutes.

3)Maximum Football-A fairly new PC football game, kind of a football sandbox, create and play in your own football universe.

4)Front Page Sports:Football Pro-Older game, played it to death. Still have it on my PC.

5)Galactic Civilizations-Basically, Civilization in space. Theres a 2 now with much customization.

The last 2 were tough. I could have gone with any number of RTS or shooters. But the top 3 are what I have sunk most of my time and effort into.

Doraz the loon

Hmmmmmm

I started gaming with the good old Sega Master system so have quite a few to choose from..... here goes in no particular order......

1) Mario Kart (SNES)
2) Super Tennis (SNES)
3) Halo (XBOX)
4) 1942 (Arcade - Capcom)
5) Fable (XBOX)

What do you reckon?
The hall is rented, the orchestra engaged. Now its time to see if you can dance...
