last night I tried-out my new eBay camera on my telescope.
A little Canon EOS T3 in the place of the eyepiece.

directly overhead - the Ring Nebula.

Saturn

Izar, as in 'Garth of Izar'.

Double stars Mizar and Alcor in the handle of the Big Dipper.

A globular cluster that is thousands of suns gravitationally held together.
A few of our galaxy's stars seen in the foreground

And finally after it rose.. last but not least the Moon.
