Just from the title of the thread I went 'Oh no!' but if they do it 'right', this could be awesome.

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

I loved all the Gerry Anderson stuff - especially Captain Scarlett.  CGI puppets I wonder?

They have the same eyes as the original show.

Now if we can get them to redo Captain Scarlet..

The fact that Richard Taylor is involved gives me a lot of hope. I have a ton of nostalgia for the original show.

There was a CGI version of Captain Scarlet in 2005 or were you meaning another show? I thought the 2005 version was pretty decent but I think it would be some time before they revisit that series if ever. I don't think the 2005 version was all that successful. It lasted only 26 episodes. Maybe that is considered successful today, but that was two series by English standards.

I had no idea there was a redo in 2005.  I will find it and check it out, thanks.
