R.I.P.D. - movie

Looks like a fun movie even if it seems very much like 'Men in Black' but with dead people.

Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds headline the 3D supernatural action-adventure R.I.P.D. as two cops dispatched by the otherworldly Rest In Peace Department to protect and serve the living from an increasingly destructive array of souls who refuse to move peacefully to the other side.

This one kind of came out of nowhere. I saw some images of it on Reddit last week and thought it looked neat, but then I caught the trailer during a Youtube commercial interruption and now I'm pretty interested. Of course, I'll see most anything Jeff Bridges is in. Looks pretty cool.

That does look pretty cool but with so many other movies coming out this will probably be a red box rental for me.

Saw this last night with my older son who was in town. Fun movie. Jeff Bridges was great and Ryan Reynolds was good too. Kevin Bacon is in this too which I didn't know going into it. Kind of a combo of Men in Black and Hellboy - to a degree. Some fun action, humor and drama too. I liked it.

The guns were great. They shot glowing bullet rounds much like in Hellboy. I want one!
