Shatner is one of my favorites and I have never got to meet him but it is awesome that you got that chance. Cool pic also.

Shatner is on his way to East Lansing, Rico! I tweeted to him i was trying to get you to go to the show. He replied, as my Twitter name is JediDunn, "A Jedi recomends Starfleet? #aNEWNewHope! LOL! I wrote back and told him "You are way cooler then Luke or Han #CatainKirkRocks. :)

That's pretty funny. I always wonder if it's really the celeb on the other end of Twitter for famous people. Just not going to be able to swing it to go tonight. I did look into it, but the VIP thing seemed to be sold out. I've seen him at cons quite a few times. Actually one of the best times I saw him was back in the 90's at the 25th Anniversary tour show he was doing with Nimoy. Those two guys just chatting, sharing stories, taking questions. It was obvious they were good friends.
