It just doesn't read "robot" to me in these pics. No telling how it will look on screen.

Yeah.  It's a bit odd looking to me too.

Someone photoshopped some chrome-ishness onto the new suit. At the very least it breaks up the black and adds contrast....looks way better in my opinion.

I don;t know, just looks like a poor facsimile of the original without the wit, humor, satire, and over the top violence that made the Robocop such a fun film that was unapologetic about itself.
