Did you watch the original or the extended version? Some of it was just surreal.

I particularly liked the anorak comment and the James Doohan/Gordon Brown impression. Whoever scripted it all was quite clever.

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

Yeah I watched the extended version on iplayer. Mike i agree the script was bang on and you could tell when he ad-libbed. It was the first time i have seen Hislop actually enjoy a famous guest.

I watched it on Iplayer last night and loved it!  Everyone looked like they were having fun...whatever has been said about Shatner over the years there is no denying that he is a born entertainer! :)
