I've never seen this movie.. I've seen bit an pieces but not enough to really understand what it was all about. And I have to admit it didn't look like something that I would enjoy... But after listening to your podcast Meds not only do I want to go to a midnight screening of this show (which I'm going to arrange with some friends in the near future) but I'm going to buy the soundtrack.. loved the music.  Thank you so much Meds for doing this podcast, you've really turned my idea of what I thought was Rocky Horror...

Great podcast Meds!

Now this movie has never appealed to me that much but then again I haven't had the "experience" of it apart from catching it on TV.

I have sone friends that have been and participated so I may tag along next time!

Well done. :)

Oh yeah Dan, you MUST see this with a group in order to fully appreciate it. And Meds, well done mate. I can just see you dancing to the music you played, dressed in stockings, high heels and a nice Teddy!! :) Ok, time to drink heavily now! :)

Thanks so much Kenny, Dan and Al for your comments. The film is one of those things that has earned cult status in the classic way, eg word of mouth and what better way than to do word of mouth  than through podcasting.

Thanks again Rico for letting me jump in. :D

Hi meds. I have just listen to your podcast on treks about Rocky Horror.  Great podcast.  I learned a few things I did not know about the movie.  I have seen it two times and the second time when there was audience precapation, this was a sci-fi con a few years back.  I also saw Rocky horror lampooned on a late night TV show when I was a 15.  How much does it cost to stay in the same hotel in which it was shot?  is it really a ridiculous amount?  well I will listen to the waffloen on podcast on Rocky Horror soon.  take care
I am going with the best information that I have.

Thanks for that mate, great to hear you enjoyed it. The cheapest price for one night is £150 if you are lucky, standard price is around £170. Heres a link to the place.

Thanks for the info of the hotel.  I have loolked at the link allready, it looks like a very elegant place.  I will have to convet the price into USD latter,  I am sure there is luxury hotels
that are just as expensive here in the states.  You did say that the hotel was near the studios right?
